 Killed in Baghdad, Iraq, where a vehicle borne improvised explosive device detonated near his dismounted patrol.

I was in the same platoon as these to men, also in the same company as Morris, Kelly S. These 3 men were our only causalities in my Company during OIF 3. When Yahudah (doc) was killed i was on the other side of the truck. i was wounded when he was killed. i just wanted to pass on that he was very passionate about helping the kids of Iraq. as i layed on the ground after the VBIED went off i looked over at doc who was laying among a pile of children who also were killed/injuried. In his last movements i remember seeing him putting a bandage on a small child. after that i was moved to the evac truck. i was later told that he was killed instantly from his injuries. after 6-7 months in the hospital i rejoined my unit and talked with the NCO that evaced me. he too saw doc helping that poor child.
